Froukje Sleeswijk Visser

Froukje Sleeswijk Visser is a pioneer and thought leader in Human Centred Design. She is the founder of contextmapping as a participatory approach to design. She is associate professor Service Design at Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, and works as independent designer in practice (www.contextqueen.nl). Her academic work investigates the roles of designers in societal challenges, empathy, and collectively envisioning futures.
